Joe Rosen
Attorney

Joseph Rosen is a 1982 Cum Laude graduate of Delaware School of Law. He is admitted to practice in California and Georgia. Prior to opening his law practice in 2001, he was employed by the U.S. government for 30 years; 20 of those years were as an FBI Special Agent and a U.S. Customs Special Agent. Mr. Rosen is a past President of the North Fulton Bar Association, an Adjunct Professor of Law at John Marshall Law School, a contract legal instructor with the U.S. government, and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mr. Rosen specializes in representing U.S. citizens who are marrying foreign nationals, foreign nationals employed or opening businesses in the U.S., foreign national athletes coaching or playing in the U.S., and foreign nationals applying for U.S. citizenship.

Anna Sokol
Law Clerk

Ms. Sokol earned her Law Degree from the University of Lodz in Poland in 2004. She has previously worked in law offices and circuit courts in Poland. Anna joined the law office in 2006. She is responsible for directly assisting clients, preparing forms and submissions to U.S. CIS and U.S. Department of Labor, and responding to case inquiries from clients. She is fluent in Polish, English, and Italian and can also assist with German translations.

Katie Bowen
Paralegal

Mrs. Bowen has a B.A. degree in Political Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Katie has been with the law office since 2004. Mrs. Bowen functions as the primary client contact for status inquiries and assistance in the absence of Mr. Rosen. She has responsibility for directly assisting clients, preparing forms and submissions to U.S. CIS and U.S. Department of Labor, and responding to case inquiries from clients.

Jacky Clements
Legal Assistant

Mrs. Clements has a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Clayton State University in Morrow, Georgia. Jacky joined the law office in 2010. In addition to responsibility for making client appointments, administrative support, and responding to client inquiries she also performs translation services. Mrs. Clements is fluent in Spanish and English.
