Attorney Joseph H. Rosen is a 1982 Cum Laude graduate of Delaware School of Law. He is admitted to practice in California and Georgia. Prior to founding the Joseph H. Rosen Immigration Law Group, Joe Rosen served more than 30 years with the U.S. government. For 20 of those years Joe was an FBI Special Agent and a U.S. Customs Special Agent. Joe Rosen is a past President of the North Fulton Bar Association, an Adjunct Professor of Law at John Marshall Law School, a former contract legal instructor with the U.S. government, and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mr. Rosen specializes in representing U.S. citizens who are marrying foreign nationals, foreign nationals employed in the U.S. or opening businesses in the U.S., foreign national athletes coaching or playing in the U.S., and legal permanent residents applying for U.S. citizenship.

Ms. Sokol is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. Ms. Sokol earned her Law Degree from the University of Lodz in Poland, in 2004. In 2013, she earned a Master’s of Law, LLM in American Legal Studies from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Ms. Sokol has previously worked in law offices and circuit court in Poland. Ms. Sokol joined the Joseph H. Rosen Immigration Law Group in 2006. She specializes in working with foreign athletes, entertainers, and artists; foreign professionals, and U.S. businesses seeking to employ foreign professionals. Ms. Sokol is fluent in Polish, English, and Italian.

Mrs. Clements is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. She is a graduate of Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Prior to her legal education, Mrs. Clements attended Clayton State University as a foreign student from Venezuela. She graduated with a B.A. degree in Business Administration in 2005. Jacky joined the Joseph H. Rosen Immigration Law Group in 2009 as a paralegal, and advanced through a law clerk position to her current position as an attorney. Mrs. Clements is responsible for representing clients in immigration Court and attending client interviews for Green Card status and citizenship at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (U.S. CIS). She is responsible for directly assisting clients, preparing forms and submissions to U.S. CIS and the U.S. Department of Labor, and responding to case inquiries from clients. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Mrs. Petersen is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and is a graduate of Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. She earned her B.B.A. degree in Logistics and Purchasing from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. She joined the Joseph H. Rosen Immigration Law Group as an extern in 2014 while attending law school. After being admitted to the Bar, she began serving as an attorney with the office. Mrs. Petersen is responsible for assisting clients, preparing forms and submissions to USCIS, representing clients in Immigration Court, and for attending client interviews for Green Card status and citizenship at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (U.S. CIS). She is fluent in Danish and English.

During law school, Ms. Viersen worked as a Summer Law Clerk at a Construction Law Firm in Vienna, Virginia. After graduation and passing the Virginia State Bar, she practiced there as a Construction Law Attorney. Her responsibilities at Joseph H. Rosen Immigration Law Group include assisting in the preparation of submissions to USCIS and the Department of Labor. She is fluent in English and conversational Dutch.

Mrs. Lichtman attended Temple University and Gratz college. She owned her own marketing research company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from which she retired in 1999. From 2005 through 2011, she devoted her efforts to the development of a program in Miami-Dade County, Florida providing services and housing to survivors of domestic abuse and their children.
